Crown & Fluff

Privacy policy

Crown & Fluff is operated by Kronowave, Inc. This policy explains how we handle information when you make a personalized digital pet card or visit our site.

What we collect

We collect account information, your pet photo and name, card choices and greeting, revision requests, finished images, gallery permissions, support messages, and order and Stripe payment references. If you report a card problem, we also keep your description, supporting images, one evidence reply if supplied, review findings, decision, refund identifier and status, and the case timeline. We receive request and sign-in logs needed to operate and protect the site.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver cards, display orders and case decisions in My workspace, process revisions, review specific delivered-card defects, issue customer notices, prevent misuse, and keep service and accounting records. Automated checks can inspect the pixels and words in your original photo, delivered card, and report evidence. Joseph can view the report, images, review finding, and case timeline to make the final decision. Your photo and card instructions are processed by an image-generation provider to create your card.

Service providers

We use AWS for hosting, account sign-in, private storage, image and text checks, processing, and email delivery; Stripe for checkout, payment records, and approved refunds; and Meta's image-generation service for card creation. These providers process information for those functions under their own applicable terms. Following our Instagram link takes you to Meta's separate service.

Your cards and gallery choice

Your uploaded photo and finished card are private to your workspace by default. A customer card may be considered for the public gallery only after you grant permission for that exact finished image and we separately review it for publication. A revised image requires its own permission. You can withdraw gallery permission in My workspace; removal from our gallery does not erase copies others may already have made elsewhere.

Storage and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties, then remove it under our retention practices. You can access your orders and sharing choices in My workspace. For an access, correction, deletion or privacy question, email support.factory@kronowave.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for security and accounting.

Site storage and updates

We use sign-in and session storage needed to keep you signed in and operate the site. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above shows the current version.
