These terms govern the Crown & Fluff digital pet-card service operated by Kronowave, Inc. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Cards and checkout

Choose a one-, three-, or five-card pack at the price shown at checkout, upload a clear pet photo, and enter your card choices. Each card includes one revision request after delivery. Finished cards are available in My workspace. On this LIVE storefront, Stripe processes real payments and Joseph-approved refunds go to the original payment method.

Your photos and our work

You must have the right to use the photo and text you submit. You keep your rights in those materials and give us permission to process them with our service providers to create, deliver and support your cards. The generated image can vary from your photo or chosen example; review your delivered card and use the included revision if needed. You may download and share your delivered card for personal use. Crown & Fluff keeps its rights in the site, brand, layouts and underlying tools.

Revisions and card problems

Open a delivered card in My workspace to request its included revision or report a technical or delivered-card defect. Style preference and general dissatisfaction do not qualify. We may request one evidence follow-up; Joseph makes final refund decisions in the Business Recorder. An approved card refund uses that card's paid share of its pack and leaves other cards available. Closed web cases are final; contact support.factory@kronowave.com for exceptional follow-up. See our returns and refunds policy for eligibility, evidence, and the decision process.

Privacy and publication

Your card remains private unless you grant permission for the exact finished image and it passes a separate gallery review. Permission for one version does not cover a revised image. You can withdraw gallery permission through My workspace. We may use separately created brand imagery to show the service; publishing a customer card outside the gallery requires appropriate permission. Responsible use and service changes

Do not upload material you lack permission to use, impersonate someone, or misuse the service. We may pause or remove material that violates these terms or others' rights. Service availability and the appearance of generated cards can vary. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above shows the current version. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
